Due to the nature of digital products and software services, we do not generally offer refunds once access or licenses have been delivered, activated, or downloaded.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues on our end that prevent product usage, and no resolution is found within 7 business days.
  • Duplicate purchases or billing errors made on our platforms.
  • Unauthorized transactions reported within a reasonable time (typically 7 days).

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom development projects once initiated or completed.
  • One-time setup or consulting fees.
  • Subscription services after the trial period or billing cycle starts.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@ndivhoit.co.za with your transaction ID and a detailed explanation of the issue. Our team will review and respond within 5–7 business days.
